Occasionally life gets in the way. Something comes up, and we're forced to cancel/reschedule an appointment. It happens. With that said, out of courtesy and respect for our technicians, if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you please call us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Doing so allows our technicians the ability to fill those available timeslots for walk-in's or any clients that are waiting.
Out of respect for our technicians' time, at the sole discretion of LipLash management, Late Cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will be charged 35% of the cost of service(s). No-Shows will be charged 50% of the cost of service(s). Your courtesy and attention to this detail are appreciated.

The receptionist was very kind & helpful, & my nail tech Michelle took her time with the massage during the Deluxe Sea Salt Pedicure I got..even helped me match my mani color that I got earlier in the week, to my pedi! Their pedi chairs are huge, comfy & of course have the massage feature. Thank you - I will most definitely keep coming back!!”
